This bathroom ceiling was damaged by a leak in the roof.

Following removal of the old ceiling it was reboarded.

This ceiling was damaged by a leak in the flat above.

The remaining artex was scraped off in preparation for replastering.

The finished ceiling and walls.

This bedroom ceiling was damaged after somebody put their foot through from the loft.

After removing the damaged area, and reboarding.....

.....The area was replastered prior to painting.

This bedroom in a newly built two storey extension had to be floated and skimmed.

The ceiling was done first, the walls will be done next.

The finished room, the loft hatch was installed after completion of the ceiling.

This recess had blown after the customer removed wallpaper and pulled the plaster off with it.

As it turned out the whole wall was blown, so after scraping back to the render it was ready for reskimming.

The finished wall once replastering has been carried out, the customer decided to redecorate once the plaster has dried.

This ceiling had been water damaged from a leaking pipe above and allowed to dry, causing the plaster to blow
After scraping back the blown areas, it became apparent that the board was no good, so the whole ceiling was overboarded
The ceiling was then replastered ready for the customer to decorate once dry
You can see that this ceiling is dated and in need of a more modern look
After removing the timber battens the ceiling was overboarded ready for plastering
The ceiling was then plastered, and will take a few days to dry before painting
As the customer was removing polystyrene tiles a large section of ceiling came away
Upon closer inspection it turned out the whole ceiling was blown
So it was removed back to the lathes prior to reboarding and plastering
